All quotations are subject to separate commercial Terms & Conditions and remain valid only for the period specified in the quotation.

Many of our products are manufactured specifically for each client.

For custom orders:

Production begins only after written approval of artwork, dimensions, colors, materials, and specifications.

Once production has commenced, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

Handmade products may contain natural variations in texture, weave, pattern, size, color, or finish. These variations are characteristics of handcrafted workmanship and are not considered defects.

If you provide artwork, logos, patterns, drawings, or design files, you confirm that you own or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use them.

House of Decor shall not be liable for any claims arising from the unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property supplied by a client.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, colors, photographs, and specifications are accurate.

However:

Colors may vary due to screen settings and photography.

Handmade products may differ slightly from samples or digital renderings.

Natural materials such as wool, silk, stone, and wood may display unique characteristics.

These natural variations do not constitute manufacturing defects.

Product samples are intended to represent the general quality, construction, and appearance of our products.

Due to the handcrafted nature of production and natural materials, the final product may vary slightly from approved samples.

Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Delivery schedules may be affected by factors including:

Material availability

Artisan production timelines

Shipping or customs delays

Force majeure events

Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Unless specifically agreed in writing, installation services are not included.

Custom-made and bespoke products are generally not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production has commenced.

Ready-stock items may be eligible for return only if approved by House of Decor and subject to our Return Policy, where applicable.

Any delivery issues or visible damage should be reported promptly upon receipt.

Customers are responsible for following the care and maintenance instructions provided by House of Decor.

Natural fiber rugs may experience initial shedding, which is a normal characteristic and not a manufacturing defect.

Improper handling, cleaning, storage, misuse, or alterations performed by third parties may void any applicable warranty.

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website—including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, catalogs, renderings, trademarks, branding, and other materials—is the intellectual property of House of Decor LLC or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
